By using WealthTrack you agree to these terms.
The service
WealthTrack is a personal net-worth tracking application for iOS. It is a record-keeping tool, NOT financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on data displayed in WealthTrack are your own responsibility.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We do not store passwords in plain text. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions
- Pro Monthly: £2.99 per month, auto-renewing.
- Pro Yearly: £24.99 per year, auto-renewing, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple and managed via your Apple ID Subscriptions settings.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy: support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, use it to violate any law, or interfere with the service.
No financial advice
WealthTrack does not provide financial advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor for investment, tax, or financial planning decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthTrack and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
