Who we are
WealthTrack ("we", "our", "the app") is an iOS app published by Adam Murphy. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account email address — to authenticate sign-in.
- Subscription purchase history — managed by Apple and RevenueCat.
- Crash and diagnostic data — sent via Sentry, with personal identifiers and financial values automatically removed.
What we do NOT collect
- Bank account details, balances, or transactions.
- Names or values of any items you track in the app — these stay on your device.
- Browsing or in-app analytics events.
- Advertising identifiers.
- Location data.
Third-party processors
- Supabase (PostgreSQL hosting + auth) — stores your email and an opaque user identifier.
- RevenueCat (subscription state) — stores your purchase receipts and subscription status.
- Sentry (crash reporting) — receives crash stack traces with PII scrubbed.
- Apple (App Store) — handles all payment processing under their terms.
Data retention
- Email + auth row: retained until you delete your account.
- Subscription history: retained per Apple's and RevenueCat's policies.
- Crash data: 90 days, then automatically purged by Sentry.
- Local data: stored only on your device. Deleted when you delete the app or use Settings → Delete account.
Your rights
- Access: contact us at [email protected].
- Delete: tap Settings → Delete account in the app. Wipes local data immediately and requests server-side deletion within 30 days.
- Export: Pro users can export to CSV from Settings.
Children's privacy
WealthTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
